How do you (second tier orgs) decide what content to include in your e-bulletins when there is so much information that needs to be communicated to frontline groups?

At Southwark Arts Forum we don’t really have to decide because we are a members organisation we promote the Bulletin as a platform to share members news. So members submit it themselves via our website – helps makes it democratic! We do have an editorial policy to make sure content is relavant and presneted in a succinct and interesting way.
